Dr. Lardzibal is a wonderful dentist. She’s very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain everything happening/going to happen. She will listen to your concerns and address them if needed. Highly recommended if you aren’t happy with your dentist. I always hated going to dentists because I feel as if I have no say and just have to listen and take their advice, but that is definitely not the case with Dr Lardzibal. Very thankful I found her office!
Me and my kids love it here! Dr. Chona and her husband are very friendly and nice! And the the man who got us an X-ray, forgot his name, but he is nice and friendly as well. So glad we found this “We Care Dental Clinic” in San Ramon!♥️ Its a very clean environment and I would definitely recommend this place!🤩
My kids and I loved this dental office. They're the best that I've seen in the area! I'm very picky about dentist offices and where my children go, but this place is just as nice as my own dentist office and I'm very happy that they are in a high quality office!
We first learned about We Care Dental on Yelp and I decided to call ask ask if they can see my kids under denti-cal. They didn't answer, and I was gonna just let it go but they called me right back (I didn't even leave a message!) and made sure they took care of my questions! We went early to get them registered and scope out the place because the last place we were at was no good. When we went in, we were absolutely wowed! It's very clean, the parking was not bad at all and was plenty! The place smells really good, the decoration is very pretty, and they have a T.V. that they allow the kids to watch which was so kind of them!
They gave us a warm welcome, introduced themselves individually and were very polite with my kids. I love that they see and accommodate whole families because they are a family business! Also, for those families who want to be paperless and are into the high-tech stuff, they have registration on the computer which is very nice and easy for us to do. They took my kids individually to for X-ray and explained everything they were doing to them and showed their X-ray to them!
Dr. Chona L also cares about parent concerns and cosmetics as well. She wanted to ensure that she was going to make sure my kid's teeth were looking good on the inside and on the outisde. She is also a parent herself and understands what our worries are as a parent and I really appreciated it. I hope people see this review and try this place out themselves, truly it is a good place to be and I plan to have my kids here until they're adults themselves.

Dr. Chona is very friendly and caring to her patient. My two kids feel very comfortable with her during the each visits. Last time my daughter had the accident trauma, the office was able to give me an appointment even though they were fully booked at that time.
My 9 year old chipped her tooth at school. I could have made an emergency appt that day, but chose to wait until the next day. Her front tooth looks great! Can't tell that anything happened!

(I know this since my whole family goes to see her). From regular cleaning to root canal to wisdom tooth extraction-all done in her clinic.
The clinic is very clean and has modern equipment.
Lots of parking space, TV and some toys for entertaining waiting patients and TV for patients on the chair.
She also has headphones for those with sensitive ears for the drilling sound of her tools.
Another perk is flexibility of schedule. Her clinic strives to fit you in their schedule and offers alternative if your choice is unavailable. Appointment cards are provided and text message reminders as well when your appointment is approaching.
They also accept variety of dental insurance (I changed insurance in the time that I'm being seen in their clinic)

I have been taking my children here since they've opened, as well as myself. We make a trip from Brentwood and she's able to see all of us the same day. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist for my family. Dr. Lardizabal is: friendly, personable, caring, honest, and a great person. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well. Roderick will always great you with a smile, get you checked in right away, and make sure you're comfortable with your visit. I also love how nice, new, and clean the office is. I have highly sensitive teeth due to receded gum line, so, not only is it painful to go to the dentist, but I need extra appointments to maintain my periodontal health! However, Dr. Chona is very conscientious about my discomfort and I trust her completely. I never experience a hiccup in the way Rod processes my insurance claims. They are able to accommodate my family's crazy schedule and last minute appointments, they are technologically savvy to where text communication can accomplish nearly everything, their office has the most cutting edge equipment I've seen, the most comfortable seats and beautiful flat screen TVs that really do help to relax one. Dr. Chona and her staff are always upbeat and supportive and they go that extra yard. This is, probably, the only dental office where I've never been stuck in the waiting room for long, they are very efficient, without making one feel rushed.
This is the fourth year that we are seeing Dr. Chona as a family and we have never experienced any aggressiveness on her part when suggesting treatments. She offers different options. We highly recommend her and we will continue to see her.

Dr. Chona and her staff are amazing at what they do!!! Educating a patient is the number one form of preventative care and they are excellent at that. I did not have the greatest dental health when I was younger because of my poor choices, so I would have to visit my previous dentist more than often. When I relocated due to my work, I came to Dr. Chona and she would heavily emphasize the things I needed to do on a daily basis. After taking her advice, I only visit the dentist twice a year for routine cleanings.
The office has a very professional feel to it as well as all of the employees that I encountered. They were all so friendly and kind too. That really stood out. The dentist was also very kind & friendly and what I loved about my exam is that she pulled a computer screen with my x-rays in front of me and explained each problemed tooth. She also let me know the most pressing issue to take care of first and then what order my other issues should be taken care of. I highly recommend this dentist and her office! : )
